HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Great news! We offer free delivery for all within the UK. You can expect your orders of our soft play items and bean bags to arrive within 7-10 working days. For larger items, such as furniture, delivery may take up to 21 working days. Please note that all our items are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Europe.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Please check your junk mail as sometimes the confirmation email can end up there! If you still cannot locate it, please email info@eiotheplayco.co.uk and we can send another one for you.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER
Due to the size of the items, they may be shipped in multiple boxes that could potentially get separated during transit. However, rest assured that you will receive the complete item within the specified time frame.
MY ORDER IS FAULTY/ MISSING SOMETHING
If something is wrong with your order, please get in touch within 14 days so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We do accept returns within 14 days of receiving the products, however the cost of the return is to be covered by the customer. We do recommend using a tracked service, as a proof of postage with tracking is required for us to refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days of us receiving the item back.
